Furqaan Academy is currently under contract to purchase a property at a prime location in Bolingbrook, Illinois to serve the needs of the Western and Southwestern Suburbs of Chicago. To purchase the building and have it ready for classes, we are in urgent need of approximately
$1.5 Million.

Needed (Total): $1.5 Million
($1.2 Million for building price &
$300,000 for changes, equipment, supplies, etc.)

Needed (Today): $500,000
$360,000 needed for downpayment for shariah financing
$140,000 modifications and 1 year monthly payment reserve

Shariah Financed Amount: $840,000
$9,000 monthly payments (approximately)

2. Give us a kharz-e-hassana for $500,000 to secure the building.
3. Be a guarantor for the monthly payment
