Welcome and thank you for your interest in joining Furqaan Academy. Please read the following carefully:



Admission Requirements

· All applicants must meet the following requirements to facilitate their admissions process.

· Preschool students must be three years old on or before December 31st of the current year and potty trained.

· Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before December 31st of the current year.

· Furqaan Academy does not provide Special Needs Educational Program. Therefore, FA cannot accept students with physical, emotional, behavioral, or any other specific learning needs.



Registration Requirements

The requirements listed below should be submitted to Furqaan Academy in order to complete the student's registration process.

· Furqaan Academy Registration Package
· Registration, Books, IOWA Tests, Transportation, and Uniform Fees
· Tuition Balance
· Birth Certificate
· Current/ Updated Health Records
· Dental and Vision Examination Forms
· Previous School Records
