Alhamdulillah, we are happy to inform you that our State Daycare License is in place. And we are now up and running to cater to the childcare needs of our community.
Insha Allah we will be hosting our first open house on Saturday, 14th August 2010 at 11:30 am for the community to get acquainted with our teachers, curriculum and classes.
We also encourage you to visit us online at www.furqaanacademy.org/collincounty to learn more about our programs that include: infant/toddler care, after school care, Montessori, pre-kindergarten, after school Qur’an, full time Hifz, integrated Hifz and full time school from Kindergarten thru 5th grade.
Class Schedule:
Childcare services start from Monday, August 9th 2010.
Elementary classes, Kindergarten thru 5th grade, start from August 23rd, 2010. You may register online or at the school.

A Successful Inaugural Fundraiser!
The Inaugural Fundraiser on July 31st marked an important milestone for Furqaan Academy Collin County as this was an opportunity to showcase the school leadership, share the school’s vision with the DFW leadership and allow community members to support the project to share in the reward of starting the first full time Islamic school in the area. The Inaugural Fundraiser was launched with the dedication and support of staff, parents and volunteers. Though summer is not the regular season for fundraisers the Inaugural event brought close to 250 people and we were able to raise approximately $60,000 during the event.
Appreciation Brunch!
He, who cannot thank people cannot fulfill the rights of thanking Allah. The leadership of Furqaan Academy expresses sincere gratitude to all the staff, parents and volunteers, who made the Inaugural event possible and contributed to its success. All staff, parents, and volunteers are cordially invited to an Appreciation Brunch this weekend on Sunday, August 8th at 11:30 am at the school. Please attend the event as it is planned to express our thankfulness to Allah SWT and to each other. Stay tuned for important Ramadan and school announcements during the event.
