Candidates must be Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents of the United States
A minimum of Bachelors Degree in the discipline.
Illinois Teaching Certification is highly preferred
A minimum of three years of teaching experience is required
Candidates with teaching experience in a foreign country must have at least one year of teaching experience  in the United States.
Language Arts,  Reading, Writing, and Arabic teacher candidates must be highly proficient and have an excellent command over the language.   All candidates must be Ideal Muslim Role Models for the students
All candidates must love to teach and motivate students to excel and be productive Muslim Americans

Qualifications for Hafidhah

• Must have an Ijazah (certificate) of memorizing the whole Quran
  Must be able to teach tajweed
  Must be able to teach tafseer
  Must have experience teaching and managing classes
  Hafidhah must be an ideal Muslimah
• candidates must be resident of USA

Qualifications for Language Teacher (Arabic & English)

• Bachelor degree in Arabic Language
  Strong Islamic/Quranic knowledge
• Strong spoken and written Arabic skills
• Strong leadership skills & demonstrate excellent skills in planning, teaching, evaluating and disciplining
• Bachelor degree & a certificate in the English language
